Dayara Bugyal, 28 km from Uttarkashi in Uttaranchal, is situated at an altitude of 3050 m. Place offers panoramic view of Himalayan mountains. Dayara Bugyal offers excellent ski slopes over an area of 28 sq km during the winters. To reach here one has to trek for about 8 km where the breathtakingly beautiful views of the mountains and valleys awaits. There is a small lake in the area which provides an excellent camping site.
